Facilities

We currently operate out of four facilities located in the Greater Toronto Area, and in close proximity to our supply chain partners. Our facilities ensure top notch part quality and safety through the use of make-up air systems, full radiant in-floor heating, heat recovery ventilation and the latest dust extraction systems.

Plant 1 – Our main facility is located in Erin, ON. This building houses our engineering and administration team as well as serving as our primary manufacturing plant. Our 6-axis robotic trimming, assembly, finishing, and quality department are also located in this facility.

Plant 2 – Our 2rd facility neighbours our main plant in Erin. It houses our 3-axis CNC mill, textile and core kitting machines, laser cutting and plastic forming equipment. This facility complements production in our main plant and is the main hub for raw-material processing.

Plant 3 – Our 3rd facility houses our metal fabrication department and serves as a secure, temperature controlled warehouse for parts, molds, and materials.

Plant 4 – Our 4th facility is dedicated to finishing, bonding and assembly of carbon fiber automotive components, along with special projects and prototype development.
