In our case study on FritoLays truck fleet, we demonstrate the end-to-end process of manufacturing an aero package that adapted to the body to the chassis/cab perfectly. For this project, we provided engineering support, manufacturing, trimming, kit cutting and fabrication to provide the client with a gelcoat finish backed by infusion grade iso resin with Rovicore glass fibres. This allowed the end-user to have incredible energy savings when compared to the trucks in their fleet that were older and did not have the aero package. We always work closely with our clients to ensure that their project is completed to their expectations, end-to-end making us the preferred carbon fiber manufacturing company in Canada and the US.
