- 5 axis – 10′ x 6′ x 2.5′ capacity
- 5 axis – 60′ x 20′ x 10′ capacity
- 5-axis – 30′ x 15′ x 8′ capacity
- 5-axis – 68′ x 28′ 13′ capacity
Manual Trimming
Sometimes the size of the production run or the cost of the part doesn’t justify using an automated cutting method. In these cases we go back to our roots and use manual hand trimming techniques. Whether it be an air saw or a diamond saw, we have all the tools required to make precise cuts in a safe environment. All of our tools are equipped with at source dust collection using HEPA vacuums and our trimming booths utilize powerful air filtration systems with multistage filters and HEPA filters. Not only does this ensure clean accurate cuts, but it means that our employees stay safe while generating any harmful dust.
Just a few of our tools:
- Reciprocating saws
- Diamond saws
- Routers
- Files
- Hand saws
- Grinders
